The TRC is a members-only website loaded with Ford, Lincoln and Mercury technical support information. Ford Motor Company recognizes your role in maintaining customer satisfaction. The TRC was developed to provide independent repair shops and Fleet customers, who regularly use Genuine Ford and Motorcraft® parts, access to the technical information they need most:

TRC Memberships
To be eligible for a membership to the TRC, you must maintain a $1,000 average monthly purchase minimum of Genuine Ford or Motorcraft® parts. If you think you might fit this profile, contact us about accessing this terrific resource. Qualified customers will receive an Access Code and instructions for online enrollment.*

Current Preferred Members
Current registered members can login to the TRC at http://www.fordinstallersupport.com. We encourage any employee at your shop to access the TRC using your user ID and password.

If you’ve already received an Access Code but have not yet registered, go to http://www.fordinstallersupport.com, click Set Up an Account and complete the registration form.

Updates
As long as you maintain your Preferred Membership, you will receive access to the TRC. We’ll keep you informed of any changes or updates to the program and your Membership.
